The transformation of Pine Ridge continues with the opening of our newly renovated restaurant and bar. Warm wood finishes, comfortable seating, an impressive new bar, large-screen televisions and views of the golf course create a setting that is polished, comfortable and easy to enjoy. Guests may also step outside onto the restaurant's spacious deck for open-air dining and relaxing views of the Pine Ridge grounds. Whether you are coming off the course or simply looking for a new place to meet, dine and unwind, we look forward to welcoming you.

Approachable Food, Thoughtfully Prepared

The new Pine Ridge menu combines familiar clubhouse favorites with fresh ingredients and creative touches.

Begin with shareable selections such as Chicken Wings, Fried Calamari, Tuna Tacos, Cheeseburger Eggrolls or a Bavarian Jumbo Pretzel. Lighter choices include the Arugula & Goat Cheese Salad and Chopped La Scala Salad, while wraps and sandwiches range from a Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap and Turkey Club to the signature Pine Burger, Lobster Roll and Chopped Italian.

A full bar offers beer, wine, spirits and handcrafted cocktails, making The Clubhouse a natural gathering place before or after a round, or whenever the occasion calls for good food and good company.

Meet Executive Chef Brock M. Katz

The new culinary program at Pine Ridge is led by Executive Chef Brock M. Katz, whose experience spans restaurants, hotels, golf courses and resorts.

Chef Katz joins Pine Ridge after serving as Executive Sous Chef at Harbor Links Golf Course, where he oversaw multiple dining outlets and banquet operations. Earlier in his career, he opened Bluebird Kitchen from the ground up and held leadership positions with the Long Island Marriott and JW Marriott Essex House.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Katz holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management, along with an MBA in Hospitality.

At Pine Ridge, his goal is to create food that feels both creative and comforting, supported by a kitchen culture built around teamwork, consistency and genuine hospitality.

Culinary Leadership

Chef Katz works under the direction of Corporate Executive Chef John Perez, who brings more than 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience to the Brooke Management Group.

Chef Perez's background includes acclaimed restaurants such as Keens Steakhouse and The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges, along with leading private clubs and event venues throughout Long Island. His culinary philosophy combines refined technique, globally inspired flavors and an approachable style of hospitality.

Together, Chefs Perez and Katz are establishing a fresh culinary identity for Pine Ridge.
